Isn't it great to be on holiday! I have time to paint again and I
bought myself a new set of Gouache paints and decided that today I am
just going to sit, relax, have coffee and paint. No distractions at all
and it's peaceful and quiet here. It's a perfect day outside. I have all
my windows and doors wide open. Perfect!
I bought
these two wooden, hand carved ducks a few years ago when I spotted them
while browsing through a furniture store and love them. Last night I
decided it was time to paint them and did the drawing in my watercolor
journal and this morning I started painting . Love how they turned out
and the colors are almost spot on!
