Mad Hatter Costume

In 2009 I went to a Mad Hatter costume party and made this hat using a paper plate, bottom of a plastic bottle and covered it with black fabric. I embellished it with a black fabric rose, white lace, feathers and beads. It covered the one side of my face. The theme was victorian-punk and everyone looked awesome!
